Welcome to the Official Tanque Verde Estates Homeowners Association Website!

This 71-home community, built in 1981, has beautiful amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, and private streets. It is located in Tucson, Arizona, adjacent to Udall Park, with easy access for homeowners to enjoy their walking path, dog park, soccer, baseball fields, and pickleball courts.

The Tanque Verde Estates Homeowners Association is managed by its Board of Directors. Board members are elected by the general membership, which consists of all homeowners on record in Tanque Verde Estates. They are elected yearly at the Association's annual meeting in October.

The Board of Directors for Tanque Verde Estates meets in person at the community clubhouse at 6:00 PM. All meetings are open to the homeowners and are encouraged to attend. Members can find meeting dates on the Calendar of Events page.

Platinum Management, Inc. administers the Association’s business affairs, including vendor supervision and planning, weekly inspections, tax filings, and annual report preparation.

The Association's Architectural Review Committee (ARC) oversees the approval of remodeling, renovations, and landscaping changes. The ARC must approve all Tanque Verde Estates construction projects, including new installations and modifications.
